Layout posted by Lynnie at DSP! Isn’t this fun!!!
Weddings are about love, but they are also loads of fun. These pictures show some of the light hearted moments at James and Hannah’s wedding.
I created this using Kim’s new Quick Click Plus – it isn’t in the store yet, but when it is, you’d better snap it up. The new Quick Click Plus items are Quick Clicks kicked up a notch. They have all the flexibilty of the QCs, but some terrific grouped elements to facilitiate the design.

What a find on this layout!! Jeanet, fellow designer and artist at Digital Scrapbook Place, posted this layout with a drawing of a cousin from about 200 years earlier… Amazing!!! I love this layout!! You should check out her challenge linked below
Description:
My third layout for The Consistent Scrapper Challenge. This time I’ve used one of Kim’s fabulous kits. I thought the elegant patterns of the papers would look great for this layout.
The woman in the photo is my husband’s grandmother and the drawing is her cousin, who lived nearly 200 years before her. When I first saw this drawing I was amazed by how much they look like each other. If ever I had any doubt that they were related it was all gone by the time I put the two pictures beside each other. There’s no doubt that these two are related.

C’est La Vie I Value Collection by Kim Liddiard
Cracked & Creased Overlay No 3 by Meryl Bartho
What a joy it was to meet up with Elisabeth Weaver! She is my coworker at Digital Scrapbook Place and is a talented artist and designer
This was her page from the Official “Bison” Herd in Colorado… Even though we all know they are buffalos
Description: It was fun to see and photograph these beautiful American icons up close!
I used (appropriately enough) a background from Kim Liddiard’s North Woods Nature set, though I changed the color a little. The alpha is by Lauren Bavin: Steampunk Initialsand I used one of my overlays from Adventure in Teals Overlay set. Oh – and Lauren’s Dirty Paper Frames were the November Newsletter freebie. They’re not in the store yet but possibly you can get them from the back issue of the newsletter still.

Layouts from Others:
As my children are getting older and will home they had asked that I give them my recipes. I have decided to make a scrapbook with their favorite and our traditional foods
Since the older girls started cooking too, I chose the title Recipes from Mommy to Home to include everyone.
For the cover I used Tried N True Large Value Collection by Kim Liddiard https://store.digitalscrapbookplace….ducts_id=13411 It is great collection for my cover and I will be using it in the book as well. I had bought the kit when it first came out but never sat down to use it Happily Kim is doing a challenge with it so I got started, now I just have to continue with the book
.

Green Glory Birdies
Posted by: Many Feathers at DigitalScrapbookPlace.com
Notes on her layout:
I fell in love with that tree as soon as I saw it. I have lots of journaling to do yet. Just not sure what I want to say. I sit with my camera and look at the big tree in our back yard. We have feeders set up close to the house. This year, before the tree leafed out, it was like a treasure of color in that tree. At one time, I saw 2 Indigo Buntings, 3 Orioles and 3 or 4 Goldfinch. Hummingbirds were buzzing by me, flying to the feeder on the window. A cardinal landed on the telephone wires overhead. There were birds flying back and forth from the feeders to the tree. It was BEAUTIFUL!
I need a designer to make some Orioles….mine didn’t turn out too good. I’ll upload the finished LO when it’s done.
