Italian Brunch Bake – serves 8

8 slices bread, cubed

2 lbs bulk Italian sausage

4 eggs

2 ½ cups sharp cheddar cheese grated

2 ½ cups milk

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 teaspoon dry mustard

Grease 9” by 13” pan.  Brown sausage in this pan in the oven.  Drain sausage and break into small pieces.  Cube bread and place in bottom of pan.  Pour cheese on top.  Pour sausage on top of this.  Beat eggs and only 2 cups milk.  Pour this over top.  Refrigerate overnight.  The next morning, mix ½ cup milk with soup and dry mustard and pour over top.  Bake at 350 degrees uncovered until bubbly and set (about 40 minutes).

    OOOOH sounds yummy…and so easy!!! I have most those ingredients too I might have to do this!!!
