Like my subject line? Wine is really growing on me and while I am certainly not a wine expert, I do enjoy branching out and learning more about it. Wine Tastings have provided me the ability to experience wine. Typically, I go for slightly chilled and sweet - not so much dry. Ahh…someday I will be more sophisticated and enjoy the drier wines…but I digress.

A few months ago, I tasted Muscadine and enjoyed it very much. Apparently it has some health benefits, too!
